&lt;p&gt;When I have a long day at uni or work I need food and loads of it. Here is what I usually take, keeps me going all day and is delicious.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;pitta bread filled with hummus, vegan burgers and fresh spinach&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;3 cloves garlic, minced&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon olive oil&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon dried oregano&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 bone-in and skin-on chicken breasts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 red bell pepper, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tomato, chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 of a small onion, sliced thinly (about half cup)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;Directions:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In a small bowl, whisk the lemon zest, juice, garlic, oil, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Place chicken (skin-side up) in a greased glass baking dish. Arrange the bell pepper, tomato, and onion all around the pieces of chicken. Pour the lemon mixture evenly over the top. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and spoon the pan juices repeatedly over the chicken to moisten.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Warm up - &lt;/strong&gt;Do a 2 minute warm up like jumping jacks, then do 3-5 mins of another exercise such as skip rope (to mix this up, use weights instead of a rope and just jump up and down in place).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aerotwist &lt;/strong&gt;- Standing with feet wide apart, twist arms using the core muscles from side to side, keeping it controlled. After one round of this for 60 seconds, do the same thing but tilted to the right for 60 seconds. Tilt back to the left for the final round of 60 seconds.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Basic Plank &lt;/strong&gt;- Simply hold the plank position for 60 seconds.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Around the world plank -&lt;/strong&gt; In the plank position, with arms out straight, lift one limb up for a few seconds, then gently lower back down. Repeat for all limbs (including both arms and legs).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aerobliques&lt;/strong&gt; - In a position similar to the side plank, have one arm across the chest, with the other on the ground for support. Lift up the upper body and legs as much as possible using the core muscles, keeping everything controlled and tight.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Basic Crunches&lt;/strong&gt; - Lying down on the floor with hands under your butt, do some basic crunches, keeping everything controlled.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Russian Twists&lt;/strong&gt;  - In a seated position, using a medicine ball if available (or otherwise some kind of weight) twist from side to side. (NB: in the video these are called Seated Twists with a Medicine Ball).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Stretch/cool down &lt;/strong&gt;– Don’t forget to stretch out those sore core muscles!&lt;/p&gt;
